Nuki is a smart-home company specialising in keyless access solutions that let users lock and unlock doors via smartphone, keypad, or remote access. During a period of product expansion, US market entry, and rising competition from low-cost Chinese players, I helped sharpen commercial focus and improve performance across both Europe and the US.
Following a major upgrade of the product suite, Nuki's market positioning had become unclear. The team was overwhelmed by fragmented metrics and needed a clear north star to align decisions across product, marketing, and international expansion.
Worked remotely with bi-weekly visits to HQ in Graz. Built a new KPI framework, connected a new data warehouse, managed the EU and US budgets, and used Google Vertex to streamline creative production — work that would previously have required three FTEs.
Delivered 20% revenue growth and supported a successful US market entry despite supply-chain disruption, tariff pressure, and intensifying competition.
